Introduction & Acceptance
Scope of Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 7bez platform and all its services. By accessing this website, registering, or using any service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using this platform.
7bez reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
Age Restriction
7bez services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. You will need to verify your age at the time of registration. Minors may not use this platform, and if an account belonging to a minor is identified, that account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
Important: If you see anyone under the age of 21 using this platform, please notify our support team immediately.
Account Registration & Security
Account Creation Requirements
To create an account at 7bez, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- Each person may create only one account.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be true and accurate.
- Transactions must be made in your own name and using your own payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay).
- Placing bets on behalf of a third party or managing another person's account is strictly prohibited.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your 7bez account secure. Keep your password and login details confidential and never share them with anyone else. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify our support team immediately.
7bez is an SSL-encrypted secure platform. Keeping your personal and financial information safe at all times is our commitment.
Identity Verification (KYC)
7bez may at any time request verification of your identity, age or payment method. You may be asked to submit a national identity card, passport or other relevant documents for verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Approved Payment Methods
7bez supports only the following mobile financial services:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet.
- Nagad — Mobile financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
- Rocket — Mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
- Upay — Digital payment solution of ICB Islamic Bank.
The mobile number and name used for transactions must match the details registered on your account.
Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits
The following limits apply to financial transactions:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all payment methods).
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- The withdrawal process typically takes 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete.
The withdrawal amount will only be applicable after you have met the wagering requirements on your bonus. See Clause 4 for details.
Fraudulent Transactions
If any transaction is suspected to be fraudulent or a chargeback occurs, 7bez reserves the right to immediately suspend that account and temporarily hold the deposited funds. No withdrawals will be approved until the investigation is complete.
Bonuses & Wagering Terms
Welcome Bonus
7bez offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
- Deposit ৳18,000 or more → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000.
To be eligible for this bonus, you must make your first deposit and fulfil the applicable wagering requirements.
Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing any bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
Example: Receive a ৳1,000 bonus → ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
If you attempt to withdraw bonus funds without meeting the wagering requirements, that bonus will be cancelled.
General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer can only be used once.
- Each bonus has a set expiry period; unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled at the end of the period.
- Another bonus offer cannot be activated while a bonus offer is already active.
- 7bez reserves the right to close an account in cases of proven bonus abuse.
VIP Cashback & Benefits
VIP Tiers & Weekly Cashback
7bez's VIP program has three tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze Tier: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Silver Tier: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Gold Tier: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
You will have the opportunity to gradually advance to higher tiers based on your activity and participation.
VIP Benefit Terms
The provision of VIP cashback and other benefits is at the discretion of 7bez. VIP status may be revoked immediately if evidence of any rule violation is found. The detailed terms of VIP benefits may change, and members will be informed of such changes.
Prohibited Activities & Conduct
Strictly Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7bez platform:
- Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence to place bets.
- Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
- Defrauding or harassing other members.
- Providing false identity or information.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
Warning: Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds. Legal action may be taken in serious cases.
Betting & Gaming Rules
General Gaming Rules
Each game on 7bez has its own rules, which should be read before playing. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the result of that round will be determined by 7bez.
Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply to bets on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports:
- Bets will be settled after the official result is announced.
- If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount is generally refunded.
- If evidence of a pre-determined match result or spot-fixing is found, the relevant bets may be cancelled.
- For live betting, odds may change at any time.
Erroneous Odds or Payouts
If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error or human mistake, 7bez reserves the right to correct or void the result of that bet. Knowingly placing a bet on clearly incorrect odds may be treated as bonus abuse.

Account Suspension & Closure
Account Closure at the User's Request
You may request to close your account at any time. Before making the request, please ensure that there are no pending bets on your account and that all wagering requirements have been met. The account will be closed once any valid remaining balance has been withdrawn.

7bez may suspend or close your account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these terms.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Providing false information or failure to verify identity.
- Bonus abuse or system exploitation.
- Legal or regulatory directives.
Amendments to Terms & Contact
Right to Amend Terms
7bez reserves the right to change, add to, or revoke these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you via your registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Severability of Terms
